*Eat locally- driving the food long distances causes more pollutants in the air
*Eat less meat and have it organic
*Eat as close to nature as possible: if you can't pronounce the ingredients, it can sit on a self for a long time or you don't know all the ingredients then avoid putting it in your mouth
